enamouredI got off at 3 this afternoon and went to IHOP and the bank, and after that I promptly came home and all but passed out in bed. I didn't get up 'til about 8:30. I don't know why but I've been super-tired over the past two days and I'm starting to think it was the mile and a half walk I went on with Pepper yesterday.
Christmas was really nice. Because my brother is five sometimes, we opened presents after midnight. He and his girlfriend gave me two different scents from Bath and Body Works, along with the matching lotions and in one case, the shower cream which smells amazing and looks kind of like frosting when it comes out of the tube. My dad got me a Kodak EasyShare camera, and my mom got my brother and I both laptops (this was the present he told me about beforehand). It's a HP G72, and it's probably about 17" and has max screen resolution of 1600x900. I am still not used to the keyboard and I'm most vexed that I haven't figured out which key to hit when I want to refresh a page, because F5 is just not happening.
I did indeed do all of my shopping on Christmas Eve, and it was super-fun. I managed to get into every place I needed to fairly quickly, even when I went to Target. So there was that.
