My brother's friend burned me a CD, and it wasn't until last night that I realized that the bulk of the music on there is from the 70s and the 80s. There's like, only a few more recent songs. But hey, it's all good. Tracklisting shall come much later...

I'm thinking of doing something potentially illegal: driving up to the post office to deliver my scholarship stuff. See, it's for a good reason, but if ONLY my freaking BROTHER who doesn't even have a permit didn't have the keys to the van--he shouldn't have them!--hidden somewhere in his room, I could probably execute this. But I NEED to go to the post office TODAY. I just hope I don't get caught if I do go.

Arrrgh. My driver's retest is on March 11. I HAVE got to pass it then. I just HAVE to.

I'm semi-dressed up today. I have on my pinstriped blazer, a white t-shirt, and my Lucky Jeans that I must stop wearing so much or they're going to fade to normal blue. And my Converses. My concelor said I looked like I was going to an interview. I don't know what possessed me to do this, but I guess I look okay.

I need a calendar. I can't believe how many of y'all have had crushes on teachers. And I need to stop babbling.

Oh man, I think I've found my next favorite site: UrbanDictionary.com.

John made me a mix CD, but he got two songs wrong, bless his heart. He got me this reggae version of "Every Breath You Take" and "Don't You (Forget About Me)" has about thirty seconds of static in the middle of it. But other than that, it's allll good.

I need a name for this mix. But, 'til I think of it, the tracklisting:

Play, I Must Not Chase the Boys
Spandau Ballet, True
Christina Aguilera, I Will Be
The Police, Every Breath You Take
Heatwave, Always and Forever
Jackson 5, I Want You Back
Frank Sinatra, Fly Me to the Moon
JC Chasez, Blowin' Me Up With Her Love
Prince, Little Red Corvette
ABBA, Take a Chance on Me
Duran Duran, Hungry Like the Wolf
The Pretenders, Brass in Pocket
Simple Minds, Don't You (Forget About Me)
Billy Joel, Just the Way You Are
Michael Jackson, Rock the Night
The Police, Roxanne
Mariah Carey, Never Too Far

I think that a neat CD trade would be to get your favorite mix, and make a copy of it and swap it with someone who's done the same. Well, I think it would be fun. I have two mixes that I'd copy for someone, 'cause I think they are that cool.

I have a red jelly bracelet now. This guy in my French class, James, has like, twenty of them, and I asked for one and he gave it to me. So yay. I'm wearing one red one and one black one.

My dad rigged up the computer so that we can take tapes, play songs, then make them into .wav files and all that stuff. So I'm thinking that I can use my karaoke machine to record myself singing and upload it somewhere for your enjoyment. If I can figure it out I'll do it. Maybe this weekend or something.

I gave up sugar--except on special occasions--for Lent.

Oh my Lord, I forgot that tomorrow Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights comes out! WHO WANTS TO GO WITH ME?! I know it's cheesy, but I WANT TO GOOOO.
