(no subject)

I'm very happy because for the first time in what seems to be forever, I've been sleeping through the entire night. I like that. Too often I've had this problem of waking up constantly through the course of the night and it it just no fun at all. So I feel better.

However, I had a friggin' weird dream last night. In the first part, I was at some kind of function, and Michael Phelps was there, doing some kind of meet and greet thing. I went up to talk to him and I remembered I'd left my camera at home, so I said something to the effect of, "Why did I forget my camera?" He just laughed at me, and we started talking about Deep and Serious Things. Later, there was like some kind of crazy social thing going on and at the end I was getting ready to leave with my mom and he and some other swimmer (I don't remember which one) came over to the van we were sitting in and said that some guy was giving me his phone number via them. Huh. The next part involved the members of *NSYNC, and they were planning to kidnap some person in power, and Christy was there with me. Lance (I think it was Lance) pulls this black cat out of a bag and says something about how the cat's dangerous, blah blah. The cat goes over to Christy (who looks extrememly cranky) and sticks its head in her mouth and starts to suck breath out of her (I have been thinking about The Princess Diaries too much, because in the books Mia's grandma doesn't like cats because she believes they'll suffocate you in your sleep). Finally the cat stopped and Christy just kind of looked at me, like, "Okay, what just happened here?" Weird stuff.

I want the new TV season to start. Sigh.

you can write it in a letter, baby...

Okay, I don't know if anyone will actually want to do this, or whatever. I just think it'd be a neat idea. I've heard about journal projects (like 1000 Journals, which I've been following since 2001), and I thought it'd be kind of neat to do a journal thing with people on my friend's list. Get a book, write something on a few pages, then pass it along to someone else and at the end, have it come back to me. I also thought about just getting a notebook and leaving it somewhere and have my address in the back, and having it get mailed to me whenever someone was done with it. Eh, I don't know.
