Oct. 28th, 2004 12:42 pmOh my LORD. My head hurts. I just took an algebra test and I don't know if I've done well on it or not. All I know is that I didn't finish the last question and that my head hurts SO BAD. I'm going to cry. Or go crawl away somewhere. Actually, I can't. I have that paper for history tomorrow. Gah. Then the rough draft of the English book review thing.
I will never procrastinate to that extent again.
The election thing is obviously getting to me. I had a dream last night that I was standing with my mom outside this renovated drugstore in Durham and we were waiting to be let in to go vote. It was taking forever, and some random candidates (the people running for Congress and even John Kerry) were wandering around. I thought it was weird to see Kerry sans Secret Service people, because, if I recall correctly from a History Channel special, even nominees for the Presidency have to have Secret Service agents. So dream me was obviously confused. The Congressional nominees were just kind of there in the crowd. I need to get out more. Or something.
My whole family's addicted to Lost. Last night, as it was ending, Mom said, "It's a good show, but it's nerve-wracking." That episode was pretty good. Charlie is funny--definately liking him and his checkerboard Vans. The bees, though? GAAAARGH. I almost freaked out just watching. I hate bees. [shivers thinking about it] And I got a little bit of a Lord of the Flies vibe with the whole watching the fire thing.
