They were a Canadian band that had a hit song in 2000, "Faded". I had an unholy amount of love for that song, especially the version that began with Trevor (the lead singer) singing, "When I get you all alone/I'm gonna take off all your clothes/And ain't nobody gonna interrupt my game..." (now I realize that part could be an illusion to date rape. Makes me prefer the "I'm gonna move in nice and close" version.) Anyway, their album, No One Does it Better, was actually really good. It had a kind of bouncy, updated '80s pop sound. Imagine Wham plus... Maroon 5. Pure fun.
Anyway, I heard one of their newer songs a few weeks ago, and it is AWESOME. It's more acoustic and it's absolutely sweet.

I feel like there is something in my right ear. Ew. Speaking of: I have to get some earplugs before tonight. So I'm going to the grocery store for that, and for my dad's birthday cake.
