ARRRRR I CAN'T FIND MY DIGITAL CAMERA ANYWHERE. This is driving me crazy. Last time I saw it was about two weeks ago, after I got the job applications (that I still haven't finished, oh LORD) and I wanted to print a picture and then I remembered I couldn't find my printer paper, so I put the printer and my photo dock and everything up. I didn't put my camera back in my case, for some reason. And now I have no idea where it is. I am trying not to spaz over it, but I want my friggin' camera, dammit.
So I went through some old boxes and stuff and found old stories and stuff that I'd written years ago. Ahh, my misguided youth. I had a story about a girl whose father abandoned their family after winning the lottery, and her mom married the guy her dad had co-owned his resturant with and they moved. I think in the end, I was going to have the girl try to find her father or something. Then there was the one about the girl who lived with her mom, her aunt, and three (female) cousins, who moved to this old house and the girl could travel back in time. Those are the two I remember the most about, and strangely, I remember when I wrote them--sixth grade. I was all about the romance and the angst then, as both the girls in the stories were supposed to have doting boyfriends and angsty pasts (the first one with the runaway dad and the other one with a dad who was a police officer who had died in the line of duty). Fun times, I tell you. And let's not talk about the *NSYNC fan fiction I found (and was just looking at on an old disk... like the one where they get accused of murder).
