Friday afternoon, listless.

After going to the optometrist for the first time in about six years (...yeah), I learned that I am farsighted and need reading/computer glasses. I guess that could explain the insane headaches I'd been getting sometimes (possibly from straining while reading?). Man. Up until this point I had been the only one who hadn't had to wear glasses yet--both of my parents do (Dad all the time, Mom mostly for reading), and when my brother was in elementary school he was supposed to wear them all the time until he reached a certain age, but he didn't, and then somehow he lost the glasses, which left my dad most displeased. Mine are supposed to come in sometime in the coming week, since they had to special order my lenses or something.

The only truly bad part? I was almost done paying my credit card bill off, and then I had to pay for the visit and the glasses. Sigh.

Thing I Often Forget: acrylic paint is evil. I was messing around with some tubes of it left over from my 2D design class and somehow, I got yellow paint on my shirt. The shirt's yellow too, so it shouldn't be too bad, but I hate getting paint on clothes. Woe.

PS: Oh, annnnd this is my 2500th entry! Wow.
