Later this year American Experience is going to do a show about the Freedom Rides, and until the seventeenth college students can apply for elligibility to follow the original route. I would love to apply for this, and I think I might, even though it would go down around the time that finals are (but you have to get it cleared through your university and all, so there's that). I still have a few more days to decide.

Also, Thing That Should Exist: a name for a paradoxical law about how, if you are waiting and waiting for something to happen and you get to the point that you've stopped thinking that is going to happen that the thing you have been hoping to occur finally does happen.
