Let's be honest and say that initially, physical attraction's important. It's entirely possible to "fall in love at first sight" simply based on how attractive you find someone, but I'm of the mind that it's not the definer. Like, it's entirely possible to like someone and be fond of them but gradually grow more physically attracted to them and then, in turn, love them based on that and how well you relate to them. Which is pretty much what happened when I had that ill-advised thing for Blonde Bond.
Speaking of attractiveness, I had this out-of-nowhere dream about Lee Pace and I am rewatching Pushing Daisies because of it. I miss this show so much, omg.
