Because there is still about two more hours left of Halloween: The 10 Creepiest Are You Afraid of the Dark Episodes. #10 and #7 terrified the everloving shit out of me when I was a kid, especially 10. Anything that does not have eyes or a mouth is scary, okay. Scary. I'm kind of certain that if I saw that episode right now I would still have a major DO NOT WANT moment.

The night shift episode came on Teen Nick on Saturday night. There is no way in hell that they could show that on Nickelodeon now without someone's parents pitching an epic fit.

I remember about half those eps, and they all scared the shit outta me. The Tale of the Lonely Ghost is one that always sticks with me as well as The Hatching and The Twisted Claw. That last one was the pilot ep, right? It cracks me up remembering that Ryan Gosling was in one or two stories. Such a cute geek. Do you remember the one about the pinball machine at the mall? I love that one but don't recall how it ended.

THE PINBALL ONE!! It ended with the kid getting sucked into the machine or something?! WHY WOULD YOU PUT THAT ON A CHILDREN'S SHOW?!

Oh lord! I thought that was one of the eps that actually didn't have a creepy ending. Guess I was wrong. I wonder how many nightmares that show induced voer the years. No matter how ridiculous the story, every single ep scared me silly.
