enamouredI can't believe that the first semester is over. Hold me. I'm frightened.
I wanted to go bowling with some people and I asked around and no one could really go, but Jenny said she might be able to go. I went to the alley at the time I told her and she wasn't there. I wasn't too scorned because hey, next semester I can arrange a big bowling shindig next semester. Hee. I bowled two games and got a 68 first game, and a 93 in the second one. Lord, I want to bowl again. I want to be on a league. So to add to the piece of sports equipment that I already want (a new bike), I need to add a new bowling ball and a pair of bowling shoes. (on the third day of Christmas, someone gave to me three holes in a bowling ball, two bowling shoes, and a shiny new mountain biiiike!)
I got home after second period and I went to my parents' room and tried to watch 1941 (this Steven Spielburg comedy made in the early 80s, I believe) because I've wanted to see it for a while now. But I kept falling asleep. It's pretty funny from what I've seen so far. I have a few weeks to see that.
I wish my mom could be home more often. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but she works two jobs and she doesn't have much time off. I'm going to go to work with her tomorrow to help her with some stuff, but I wish she was around more. It's like... the older I get, the more I wish I had time with my mom. She worked all the time when I was younger, and, it's weird, but I expected her to be around a little more when I got older. Or something. I can't explain why I exactly feel this way, but I do.
Anyway, I think that's it for tonight. Except I'm debuting this icon, which I use at GJ. My favorite TV couple. I'm so sad. [giggles]
