enamouredAs of today, I've officially been in Texas three years. We finally got here on 2/29/00. If I think about it that way, it's just been a really long three years instead of twelve.
In Film as Art, we watched Sunset Boulevard, which was intense. Now that I know the background for "I'm ready for my close-up," that line has become insanely creepy.
I do not know what is wrong with my right eye, though. I keep feeling this dull ache near the far corner of it, all along my eyelid. It has been sore since Monday, and I'm getting a little worried. I'm trying not to overreact, but I keep thinking about Issac in The Fault in Our Stars and eye cancer.
