It's freaky reading people from school's Xanga profiles. I really don't care what they do or don't wear to bed, or what they do in their private time. Just ew. EWW.
I think I'm going to scream in anguish if one more person in journalism suggests that I go to the banquet and prom with Shawn. Even if we do the whole "going as friends" thing, I just couldn't. Come on, think about it. If I were going with someone that I had even harbored the slightest non-platonic feelings for, I would not assume that it was just friendly. I'm a sucker for crap like that. I always try to look for little signs of more than just friendly interest. (example: Hollywood Bowl and me sitting by Drew.) Surely Shawn would be attempting to do the same. And who am I to crush someone's feelings? I can't do it because I'm not that desperate for a date and I don't want to hurt him.
I so deserved that by telling Nikita to find me a prom date. I should have specified that I was looking for tall, great head of hair, able to make me laugh... oh heck, I should've just printed off my Dream Prom Date List and given it to her.
In other news, if anyone knows where in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area I can find plus-size zana-di jeans, I will love you forever.
Am I crazy for wanting to start a community soley dedicated to those of us who have unwavering adulation for fictional characters, since I haven't found one?
