I got the new Alloy catalog today. I hope they don't go Delia's on me and start having 3/4ths of the clothes not availible in my size. All of the cute jackets and blazers that they had only go up to XL, and I need a XXL when it comes to jackets. But other than that, there's some seriously cute stuff in there, and they've changed their format some too.

Yesterday I got bored and I made this in my notebook. (on the left, the saying in white says "for prom and beyond, we'll make your your most beautiful best--", and the long strip by the girl in jeans says, "I wish people would stop telling me I can do whatever I want. I never thought I couldn't.") It literally took me an hour to do. But yeah, when I have spare time I try to be crafty. I'm also working on a bunch of friendship bracelets--remember those?

Because I'm a complete nerd...

Ever since I read this book called "Branded" for one of my classes that talked about the way that clothing companies practically brainwash teenagers into being faithful to their brand and used Delia*s for an example, I've never been able to look at them or Alloy the same.
