enamouredBecause I'm two weeks behind everyone when it comes to everything: I love looking at people's icons, but I don't always get them. I often wonder stuff like, "Who's that guy?" or "Where's that quote from?" but I tend not to ask, for various reasons. So here's my icons, pick the ones you're curious about and I'll try to explain them for you.
[clears throat] Attention: all who are snarkier than me. What is some witty text that can be added to the following?:
Okay, here's something weird. If you've ever played Tetris for extended periods of time, have you ever dreamt about falling Tetris blocks? Well, see, when I do certain things for extended periods of times, I have dreams that I'm doing whatever action. I've had dreams about IMing people, updating LJ, hanging out by the magazine rack in Barnes and Noble, reading message boards, that kind of thing. Well, last night? I dreamt I was making icons. And reading fan fiction.
Lost news: confirmed that La mort de caractère du sort malheureux (The Character Death of Doom) will not occur in the finale. And Michael's boat will set sail near the end of the season. Whuh? And I'm worrying over the "Jack won't give Sawyer anything for his mystery headaches" spoiler I've heard, oh nooooo. Dear Lost people: You kill Sawyer, I will HUNT YOU DOWN WITH ONE OF LOCKE'S 500+ KNIVES.
Added and changed the links around in the journal, added a section for guy links. 'Cause, well, I'm a loser. So I was doing this last night and stumbled upon Ian-Thorpe.org and checked things because I've been out of the swimmer!boy loop since... oh, September? When Lost premiered? Gee, I wonder why. So anyway, I'm checking the photo section and there is an amusing shot of Ian posing for some ad and he's shopping for groceries, and it's just adorable. Then I see this and my reaction is something like, "AHHHHH IAN WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR HAIR AND WHO IS THAT HUSSY?!" because I'm sad like that. And this has nothing to do with almost anything. But yes. I also just changed all my navagation features and junk to French for no good reason.
I need to clean my history or caches so that all the pictures I save from online will stop saving as friggin' bitmaps, but I will lose all my passwords and junk. And I have a handy-dandy list of everything, but it's just such a hassle to go back and to have to type everything in and save it again, you know? Grrr.
