For the last time: PEOPLE! It is not a "fake LJ-cut"! It's a LINK! Stop making my head hurt!
I gave my Speech o' Doom about an hour ago. I did better than I thought I would; though I stammered at some parts and didn't fully clarify my pros. I got a 90 on my evaluation, and those things got pointed out in said evaluation, but I got points for my opening ("How many of you know exactly when to use who and whom within the context of a sentence?" I practiced that one line about ten times last night). So on Wednesday I have a paper due about the oratory style of one of nine people, and then next Monday I have to give an informative speech about any subject of my choice. Sigh. Is it bad that I thought about giving a speech about LiveJournal? Or is that just a sign of complete patheticness?
Sigh. Backstreet concert tomorrow night and I will only be there in spirit.
And finally: will someone please convince me that it isn't that hard to ask someone to go to a movie or to go bowling? 'Cause I can't seem to bring it up around Dillon. And I mean, bowling is nothing. Anyone can go bowling. It's not that hard. Why can't I do it?
