Posts like these make me realize that I am not one of the cool LJers. Don't know if I'd want to be (though I kinda wish I was, hee), as that would make people afraid to friend me. LJ friending is such a tricky thing, don'tcha know. GJ friending is like trying to get into the Mafia with Monopoly money, especially because you can not only remove someone from your friends list, you can remove them from your "friend of" list.

Remember D'Angelo? The guy with the video for "How Does it Feel" with the Body and the cutoff and everything? People, WHAT HAPPENED?! That is so not right.

The Disney Channel plays this annoying song called "Get Your Shine On" by that Jesse McCartney kid at least ten times a day. Is it just me, or does he look kind of like Aaron Carter, before Aaron Carter was getting into trouble and so on?

Four more days until I can watch the History Channel 'til my head explodes.

Aaron Carter is going to get arrested someday.

Just let it be known that I said it first.

In 5 years he will be a notorious hollywood bad boy.
probably dating Tara Reid.

LJ friending is weird. Like, I'm listed on a YA writers community, so I get friended and unfriended by about 15 different people each week. At first I tried friending everyone back, but then I didn't even know whose jounals I was reading anymore, and I totally had, like, 150 new entries on my friends page each day. Insane. I've cut back to reading about 90 ljs now. It's still a lot and confusing, though.

I remember when I used to be intimidated by all the "cool" ljers. Now I just have to face the facts that my journal has morphed into a "lit blog" and I will never be cool. ;-)

Jesse McCartney is totally cuter than Aaron, lmao. I developed a weak spot for him during the show Summerland.

Anycrap .. you ARE a cool person on LJ! One of the coolest I know. =)

I think it's better that you're not one of the so-called "cooler" kids on LJ. Think about it: when you're that popular that people are afraid to friend you, you start censoring yourself and then you worry about when you're gonna appear on Fandom Wank and all that.

OMG D'Angelo? HOW DOES IT FEEL to be on The Smoking Gun? (ba dum dum)

I think I've told you that I feel that Jesse McCartney is the Aaron Carter of his generation. And Aaron Carter will be the Rick James of our generation, burning whores with crackpipes. And then someone will have his own Chappelle's Show and the catchphrase will be, "I'm Aaron Carter, bitch!"

I totally think you're one of the cool lj-ers, at least, your entries seem that way.
They all just seem totally cool, whereas mine seem totally not.
And I am using the word totally way too much right now.

Here by randomness.

I have just recently gotten over my friending fear. I know that I don't write/draw any thing that people would want to see, so I always knew very few would friend me back. This led me to not wanting to be comapred to others who were "cool" on lj. Now I just try to be social with commenting and stuff.

Aaron Carter thinks he can rap. *facepalm*
