I want to get over whatever lazy bug that's happened to me lately. 'Cause dang, I've been so TIRED lately. I stayed in bed until 1:40 this afternoon, and I hate staying in my pajamas past noon, because it makes me feel gross for some reason.

The posts at [livejournal.com profile] holloway_daily over the past two days have made me very very happy. But then, I've been fairly happy over the past few days, except the whole sleepiness and getting zits of doom thing. I'm easy to please. Realtively easy.

Oh, and I played Alter Ego some more and basically was a homewrecker who got away with it. Hee. Or not.

And I made this poll 'cause a few weeks ago I got bored and wrote out a List of Things I Want in a Potential Boyfriend. It was frighteningly detailed and written in outline form. I think this means that I'm exceedingly picky and that I'm going to probably end up alone. Or maybe it's just showing that I'm supremely anal.

[Poll #511233]

PS: if I have to watch Martin Lawrence movies all weekend long, I might just hit someone.

I've been feeling run down lately as well. I think it's just the mid summer (it's not even summer yet is it, damn!) rut. I <3 [livejournal.com profile] holloway_daily!!! (along with [livejournal.com profile] ian_daily)

Anywho, to the point: Yes, I do believe that I have a type. All the guys I've dated have things in common. Not neccesarily that all of them have some trait that connects them all, but Boy X has something in common with Boy Y who has something in common with Boy Z.

Generally speaking, most of the guys I date are jerks. Not in the fact that they would treat someone poorly just for the heck of it, but that they're all sarcastic as hell. I find wit and humor to be uber appealing...and unfortunatly most of the guys I meet that have a lot of wit and humor are also jerks. And it's not so much that the guys are all total assholes, but they all have their moments, which seem to be very similar. It's odd.

Hmmm, let's see...I've dated four drummers, and every guy I've dated knows A LOT about music (like, pop culture musical knowledge, not necc. music as a major knowledge). Almost all of the guys I've dated have dark hair...which isn't something I usually pay attention to. A guy has to be laid back. I don't like worriers. And also, while it's great when a guy is serious about something, I need someone I can be a total goofball with. Outdoorsy is good too, but not to a huge extent. All of the guys have been taller than me, (which isn't such a huge accomplishment, cuz I'm only 5'4") and all but one guy has been older than me. The one who was younger was only by five months, but the oldest is 13 (!!!) years older than me. Liking to watch movies is a must, and he HAS to get along with my friends. He doesn't have to hang out with them all the time, just like I don't want to hang with his 24/7...but it makes things so much easier when you can be around each others amigos and enjoy yourself.

I'm friends with almost all of my ex's...so i guess I look for a guy as a friend first, and then as something more.

I'm a sucker for Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome. I love black hair and green/blue- light eyes. Sighhhhhhhhhhhh. I love clever- witty- intelligent and funny boys. I love a boy that has a spine. I'm sarcastic as fuck so I love a boy that's not put-off by that, and more often than not, they usually dig it and think it's something of a challenge.

My exes haven't all fit that bill though. They were all generally spineless and whiny... but they are boys, not men.

Every single guy i've ever gone out or liked with has been completely different. Now that I think about it, this is quite weird. Like seriously... None of them has had a single thing other than me in common. I don't know. Maybe I just can't think of something right now.

Oh! They usually like sports. They're big on at least one sport. That's all I can think of.

I've very into jocks. You know sports, athletes. Like Andrew in the Breakfast Club. Only they have to be smart, funny jocks. LOL

My 'type' seems to be the unattainable ones. Besides that, they're musical and intelligent. Also, I like guys who seem to be as sarcastic as I am.

This is the weirdest thing in the world, but every guy that I've ever dated has been shorter than me.

But as for a type? I prefer for my date to be intelligent and to have actually been in a library before, just because they enjoy it.

For some reason, glasses are a bit of turn on... oh hell. I might as well just say I love geeks.

I LIKE CUTE GEEKS.

There, I said it. ;)

I've always been attracted to shy, nerdy-type guys. Not really nerdy, just kind of hot-nerdy. LOL.

My type:

Either a musician with long hair, nice eyes and smile and who usually plays the guitar or sings. Often intelectual, as well as humorous. Someone who can be mature yet immature at the same time. And genuine.

Or
They're a geeky cute type guy, who has nice hair, eyes and smile and fits the above description but isn't a muscian and is more into books and school than bands and music.

My type, not to be too exact or anything, can be divided into three categories: Computer Science majors (dorky, but still cute), gay guys (so hot and so not attracted to chicks), and the staff in my dorm (such as hot RAs). And then there are some people who are all three things, heh.
