The wig was the most expensive thing ($21 total at Party City). The t-shirt was $8 from Old Navy, and I used fabric paint to do the cutie mark. The paint was actually cheaper than my original plan for the shirt. The fabric markers I bought were about $2.50 a piece, and the yellow one was dried out so I returned it and bought the paint instead. The paint? $1.79 a bottle. The scarf was something that I made for part of a project in 3D design, and I felt like the outfit was a little blah and needed a bit more punch to it, so I threw that on. Ta-da!
I was disappointed with the party I went to, but other than that, things were a-okay. We didn't have a lot of trick or treaters, so we have a huge basket of candy left. I'm now just counting down the few hours left 'til NaNo begins and feeling weirdly nostalgic.
