So, it's Saturday, school's back in session on Monday, I might have a test on Tuesday... and I haven't done any homework. Honestly, my procrastination astonishes me. I'm one of those really scarily highly-fuctioning procrastinators. I've been doing it since I was all of seven and yet I manage do do semi-well. It's scary.

This entry is an exercise in randomness:

1. I never took a picture of this (mostly because it won't show up), but in my vanity mirror I have three old concert tickets and a quote from Hebrews that I cut out of Seventeen a while ago and liked so much that I just had to keep it up there. And hanging off of it are the following items: a red fringy shawl with a little toothpick umbrella (the kind you get in drinks) and a red pin with the word "dork" on it, gold Mardi Gras beads, a name necklace, and one of my tassels from graduation. And in the lower right corner, there is a Britney Spears magnent that I got from a Secret Santa a few years ago.

2. I had this dream last night that I was at some amusement park and stuck on a ride with Tom Welling, and I was getting motion sick and trying to flirt with him at the same time. I don't know where that came from.

3. Only teenage boys will order three double cheesburgers and eight apple pies at McDonald's, and cause a scene at the drive-thru window when they only get four apple pies (and offered four cherry pies to compensate, but they don't want no stinkin' cherry). And I nearly got asphixyated in my own car too while doing this brave mission. I deserve a medal or something.

4. It's official: I am definately going to have to see Snakes on a Plane. All the talk about it never fails in making me crack up. And I saw the trailer yesterday and couldn't stop laughing. "I HAVE HAD IT WITH THESE SNAKES" needs to be on a t-shirt.

5. It rained last night! And today! This is good because we've had an ongoing dry spell and we need the rain. So I stayed in and watched Doctor Who and I think I like it. And the maternal unit brought food so all was good and well.

6. Smiling surpresses the gag reflex. Let's add this to the "almost useless trivia" that I know.

And now, I feel vaugely icky, so I think I'll go see if we have some juice or something.
