So the first In-N-Outs in North Texas opened today. I dread the day that they finish building the one near The Store. The traffic will be five kinds of horrible.

From the article: "If God had to choose a burger, he would bless this burger," said Ray Rose.

...really now. Are their burgers that good? I'm still rooting for Cook-Out (a burger chain in North Carolina that also has amazing milkshakes) until I can try one of In-N-Out's.

I tried In-N-Out for te first time when I was in San Diego last summer and I have to say, it definitely was a pretty good burger. Wasn't the best I've ever had but it was good.

Partly cuz it's cheap and close to work, but mostly cuz they're so delicious, I eat INO burgers 2-3 times a week. Seriously. I never got sick of them even when I had them nearly everyday during the 1.5 months I worked there back in college.

The only other burger that I think comes close is Fatburger, but I don't know if that's a national chain or not.

YES.

Guh. I would commit some felonies if it meant I could get a cheeseburger animal style with animal style fries rn.

I love me some In-n-Out, but not enough to wait three hours for them. Or cry over them.

It's probably because I've only ever had one in my life, and it was at BlizzCon which makes everything Magical And Amazing, but it was pretty fucking fabulous.

We have no In-N-Outs in Boston. We only JUST got a Sonic a year and change ago and people here went NUTS. There were cars all the way down the highway and the police had to set up a detour on opening day. This is what happens when a company advertises how great their stuff is on TV for several years before they bother to open a store that isn't 300 miles away (literally). I'm sure the internet word-of-mouth helped too.
