yes, I am alive. Thank God.
Nov. 14th, 2003 01:06 pmremember how on Tuesday I was complaining about how I was sick and had a bad cold? Well, guess what? Turns out it wasn't a cold. Turns out I got the flu.
Lucky me, right?
( What I've been doing for the past few days. Kinda gross. )
Basically, I've watched a whole lot of cartoons, music videos, and TV Land, and I've slept a lot too. And I feel lots better, except that now I'm still stuffy and my throat hurts like you wouldn't believe. And really, being sick makes you think about random things. Like, okay, I'm re-watching the 200 Greatest Pop Culture Icons, and wondering why Shirley Temple wasn't mentioned. Or was she and I've forgotten? I mean, she was the first major child star--shouldn't she get props? See, random stuff.
I think I'm going to lie back down again.
And dude? Fifteen icons? Yay.
