(no subject)

GreatestJournal has this new feature where you can put in your high school and year of graduation. I think it's pretty neat, but also a little creepy. I mean, you can look up people who go to your school and read their journals and stuff, but then there's also that open invitation for someone psycho to potentially track you down. (I am starting to sound like my father.) Regardless, it's a neat feature, and I might put mine on there shortly--or maybe after I graduate, for safety.

I didn't take my driver's test yesterday--the school was closed. I was up at the mall for awhile and I should've stayed there or something, but I didn't. I called my dad like the true nerd I am. I WANT TO TAKE THAT TEST SO I CAN FREAKING DRIVE ALREADY. Urrrgh.

I got my order from Alloy yesterday. I got this shirt that says "Philadelphia Spelling Bee", and two people today have asked me if I'm from Philadelphia. Right. I also got these cute white slide-on shoes for spring. They're the slightest bit big, but if I got them in a 9 1/2, they'd be too small, I know it. Maybe after I wash them/soak them in hot water they'll shrink a little bit.

I have so much scholarship stuff to apply for. Man.

I decided to do that 250 movies thing. The bold ones are the ones I've seen, italics are the ones I've seen parts of, and the underlined ones are the ones I want to see.

A few random stories: Jaws still scares me. I have never seen any of the Star Wars movies all the way through. I saw Raiders of the Lost Arc on New Years' Eve. I still haven't seen E.T. because I was terrfied of him as a little kid--we have the movie on video, and I STILL have not seen it.

fact of the day: I loathe the term hottie.

I hate the term "hottie". It's so... icky to me. Just. Wrong. It envokes images of obnoxious girls snapping gum and saying "like, fer sure!" every five seconds.

The VH1 100 Hottest Hotties list is getting to me. I used to not think that Prince William was attractive, but now? He is CUTE!

I know this is like, list day for me, but I can't help it. I feel inclined to redo a list I did a few months ago: my 21 hottest hotties, in no particular order.
