So I went and saw Skyfall, because it's in IMAX at the theater at the mall. I kind of wanted to go to the midnight show for a minute, but I didn't have anyone to go with and did not feel like putting up with anyone's crap about it.
I am really, really ashamed when I realized that there was a reason why all the midnight shows started at 12:07. I mean, really.
SO, MOVIE. IT WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD. Like, I still love Casino Royale, and while I don't think Quantum of Solace was terrible, I don't think it was all that great either, so there's that. But Skyfall! The first... ten minutes alone are paced really well, and plunges you headfirst into this world. Great hook.
And now it's time for the random spoilery stuff going on here. Seriously, if you do not want to be spoiled at all, DO NOT CROSS THIS LINE, YOU WILL BE SPOILED. ( It wouldn't be the first time. )
In other news: I saw the trailer for Warm Bodies, and I am suddenly really excited for it. Looks fun!
