I can't believe that, for three hours I waited in line for this.

Okay, so there was this big CosmoGirl-sponsored event at the mall near me today, and the reason I went was because there would be two cast members from Degrassi there: Daniel Clark (Sean) and Sarah Barrable-Tishauer (Liberty).

I got to Parks Mall about... oh, one-twenty. I found the meet and greet line about one-forty. The line was EXTRA LONG. I'm talking DRAGGING. I was talking to this lady and her daughter behind me and this other girl, and the other girl (I can't remember her NAME--the younger girl with her mom was named Kelsey and I can't remember the slightly older girl's name... Kelly or something? Gack, she's e-mailing me later, so...) and I were spazzing because everyone was telling us that Daniel was leaving at three, and we were halfway through the line. Kelly and I decided to go run up and see if we could at least get some pictures of Daniel. We finally got to the front, and there was like, a swarm of girls there. This lady next to me said, "My niece will kill me if I don't get at least a picture of Sean!" So I tried to get a picture. I yelled, "Daniel! Look this way!", and he looked and I took the picture and everything...

To make a long story short: Daniel left at three-thirty, then they took a twenty minute break. I managed to get an autographed poster thingie that Sarah signed, and I got a picture with her. I correctly answered a trivia question and won a too-small "Degrassi Sports" t-shirt (but I WON it and that is ALL THAT MATTERS.). Nifty. I could tell the whole story, but let's just leave it at that for now.



Daniel is really not that bad to look at up-close.

Degrassi related note: I saw "rock n roll high" last night. ( I'm like way behind. i always forget to watch it. i think there a few ones even newer than that one)

and i am officially annoyed with ashley. she needs to get over it.

yeah. manny got pregnant. they didnt show that episode in the us though. makes us all sad! she had an abortion too. anyways.. yeah

Hello! I hope this doesn't sound too weird, but I just wanted to leave you a comment to tell your journal kicks. I found it randomly on some Degrassi community and then on the TWOP boards. Your pictures were awesome, thanks for posting them! Plus on top of being a Degrassi fan (something I have in common with you, but I'm totally ashamed of since I'm way too old for this show-hence the Internet to feed my additicon) you also love 80s movies, pop culture and Best Week Ever. Also in that last picture, if you mix you and Sarah you look almost exactly like my sister. I am officially your new #1 fan hahahahaha.

It was destined that I stumble upon your LJ, like Renee before me. I share many of the same interests... including Degrassi. I thought I was too old, but then I found out my roommate watches it too and now I have created a mini cult-following among my post-secondary peers. Anyways... I just wanted to know where you got your mood icons because they rock and I would like to steal them.
