Remember how, a few months ago, I was super-excited about applying for this internship?

I finally heard back from them earlier this week, and I didn't get it.

I'm still kind of waiting for the depression to sink in a little. But at the same time, I keep thinking, Well, then, next year I'll really be ready for the TV writing portion.

I'm really sorry you didn't get that internship, Candice. However, it was really brave of you to put yourself out there and take the chance of applying. That's very commendable, IMO! *hugs*
