enamoured | oooh, I have a theory and all that good junk.

I was sitting in sociology this morning, writing quotes from Lost in my notebook when I thought of something: in the episode where Charlie goes to Locke and asks him for his drugs ("The Moth"), Locke says he'll give Charlie three chances to ask for them before he gave them to him. And for some reason I thought about the Bible. For forty days, Jesus went to pray and fast in the desert, and sometime during those three days, Satan came and tempted him three times. The first two times, Jesus deterred Satan with scripture, and the third time, Satan left. So while this all doesn't completely flow with Charlie and Locke and the drugs, it made sense to me anyway, what with the three times thing, then Charlie finally getting rid of his "temptation" (throwing the drugs into the fire). But, logic dictates that Charlie wanting the drugs doesn't fully make sense, but... um, I don't know where I'm going with this. But it's a theory!

Oh, I got banned. Boo-friggin-hoo. And apparently when I dropped college algebra, I didn't fully get taken out of the class and NO ONE knows who I need to clarify things with. Oh for CRYING OUT LOUD, people.
