For some reason, I think my last entry prior to the crash is quite funny considering.

Let's play a game. Raise your hand if any of the following happened to you whilst LJ was down:

A. experienced a blind state of panic
B. realized exactly how much of your online time is spent at LJ
C. IMed people asking if LJ was broken for them too
D. posted a lot more in a secondary journal
E. if you hadn't before, got a GreatestJournal, just in case
F. went outside
G. got alone just fine

Over the time, I did some stuff. Like drive my brother's friend home, only to have my brother turn the volume down in the car so he wouldn't have to hear my Franz Ferdinand CD. Yet whenever I drive his ungrateful tail someplace, he changes my radio stations or puts in his obnoxious CDs. How effin' rude. He also called FF "devil music", and he's said the same thing about Maroon 5. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Right.

From an IM during the blackout:

Liz: why is lj broken?
Me: I don't KNOOOW.
Liz: BUT WHY IS THE LJ GONE???
Me: Because it makes scoundrels out of otherwise honest men.

I couldn't remember the exact quote from Pirates of the Carribean, but I think I was close. Or something.

Yesterday I rented Out of Sight. I might've liked it more than I should like any movie featuring Jennifer Lopez. But it was GOOD. And, oh my, the scene with the bathtub. And the car trunk sequence when George Clooney was casually drumming on her thigh with his fingertips. Yuuuuh. Definately buying that for the DVD collection.

TOPHER ON SNL LAST NIGHT. My favorite sketch was the one where he was the French Euro. Hee. And the one with the old hooker. But gaaaah. He is just so adorable. (and I have that issue of Teen Vogue--last night I had it open all during SNL and kept sneaking peeks at it.)

Long story short: so glad LJ is back. I can breathe now. Hee! And if any of you did E on my list, please please please tell me your GJ name!

And I swear that someday--maybe this year?--I will enter this.

Hmm.. A, B,C and I made a D. I was going insane, so I decided to finally make a blog. But, since I did that I now have semi-betrayed my lj. :( And I wrote a letter to my lj, because well I felt bad.

Dear Faithful LJ/livejournal/el-jay,

I'm sorry to tell you that I've found anothing blogging site. I feel like I'm betraying you, but I think it's for the best. Don't worry, I'll still write in you every once and awhile. And I feel guilty for leaving you like this. You've served me well for the past 7 months. We've had some good times you and I. I've posted several excruciatingly long surverys in you as well as write some long rants. You've been there when I needed you, except for well... Friday Night as well as Saturday, but other than that, you have. I just can't continue with an unreliable blogging unit. It's not you, it's me... Wait, it is you, but that's besides the point. What I'm trying to say is, I won't forget you.
