I'm going to do the TV schedule thinger, because it is Cool. And if all of my times are off, it's because I'm doing them in Central Time.

Monday: Antiques Roadshow (7, PBS), Prison Break (8, FOX); History Detectives (tape; 8, PBS)
Tuesday: [can't decide which to watch and which to tape] Commander in Chief (8, ABC); House (8, FOX)
Wednesday: Lost (8, ABC)
Thursday: Everybody Hates Chris (7, UPN), Reunion (8, FOX)
Friday: Degrassi: The Next Generation (7, The-N), Instant Star (7:30, The-N)
Saturday: nothing, until SNL comes back on.

Sigh, I've been reading a few spoilers for Degrassi and I am worried that my Canadian Teen Soap might have jumped the shark. Plus, two of my favorite characters aren't returning, and I've heard rumors that Craig and Manny might hook up again, and Emma and Jay might too. That gives me a case of the dry heaves. Ugh. Can't Craig and Emma get together or something and spare us this horror? Crikey.

I really really really can't wait for the Baby-Sitters Club graphic novel. I can't believe that I'm as old as the series is.

My throat feels much, much better, but I kind of crashed last night. I read my comic books and then curled up in bed (intending to watch the Lost DVDs--watching the pilot eps for the first time in forever was SO WEIRD; I remember thinking that Locke was mute in the first episode, and I played "spot the person running in the background" and I saw Boone, Kate, and Sawyer) and fell asleep. Fortunately, I don't have anything to do today except look up stuff for the three papers I will be writing soon (ack, don't want to think about it) and go pick up some software for my dad and maybe see if Old Navy still has this sweater I've had my eye on. The sweater looks like this argyle sweater that Rachel Bilson wore in an episode of The O.C. and it's a gray, blue, and pale yellow v-neck. I hope they do.

And I'm going to try to make a mood theme, hurrah.

Your commentary on Degrassi seriously made me crack up. I've never seen the show because I'm afraid if I start watching I'll be sucked in. It's bad enough I'm obsessed with Laguna Beach. Hi, I'm 25 and LAME. And I am soooo getting the season one Laguna Beach dvds for my birthday, omg.

I didn't even mean to get sucked into it. I remember being totally scandalized by the first episode I saw (because two of the characters were going to have sex--and they were in eighth grade). But then I saw season 2 and it was all over, LMAO.

I was looking thru Seventeen magazine (Kristen from Laguna was on the cover...told you I was lame) and some girl wrote in asking if it was okay if her and her friend had sex with the guys they are "in love with". The girls are only 12 and 13! I was scandalized.

lol I'm 26 and obsessed with Laguna Beach so don't feel bad. I never even watched it the first season because I was always at work and hadn't really heard about it. I think within the first 5 minutes of the season premiere I was sucked in!

I think it's really funny that Degrassi is a Canadian show, yet none of my friends or I (I live in Toronto, right by where the kids on the show actually go to their fancy arts school) watch the show. It's a pretty good though.

Never seen it, however I know there's a movie coming out sometime in '06...and I plan to see that.

Movie's coming out November 23rd!! I can't wait... you should definitely go see it, although the play is amazing. I bet you'd love the other songs from Rent. Try What you own, and Take me or Leave me.

That BSC thing is so cool. I have every single BSC Little Sister book ever. It's insane.
