Random-fire observations and such.

Please tell me that I wasn't the only one who thought that Hatch!Guy was Jack in a flashback at first. I was all, "Wait... this is Jack in college." Then he gets the record off the wall and puts it on and I'm like, "Jack in the... '80s? And he has hair?" And then, of course I was wrong.

Heh. Vincent has a thing about running off, eh? A season later, and I STILL think that dog is friggin' creepy.

Hurley says Jack's bedside manner "sucks." That made me laugh harder than it should have.

I'm by no means a huge Jack fan, but I liked him in this ep. I like slightly homicidal Jack for some reason. I like everyone when they're a little bit on the edge of crazy or totally angry.

And WALT IN THE JUNGLE OH MY LORD. I almost screamed. That was just creepy.

More observant people are saying that when Jack goes down the hatch, he sees Kate's shoes. That true? Why didn't I notice that? And why are her shoes off?

And: WHAT THE HECK IS DESMOND DOING IN THE HATCH?!

Reportedly, in the Canadian previews, Sawyer drags Michael on a piece of the busted raft and I think I saw a mention of someone giving CPR. Stupid American previews show NONE of this. Stabby!

Tomorrow Everybody Hates Chris premieres, yay.

I thought it was Jack in the beginning too, and I was finding it really amusing.

Oh, see, I saw Jack look and see some shoes, but I didn't know they were Kate's.

Ha, I thought for a brief moment at the beginning that the guy was Sawyer. Mostly because of the long hair, I guess.. but then I thought better of it and decided this was some new character. But I had no idea he was in the HATCH!

Any wild-eyed child saying "shhh" is always creepy. But you know, dripping wet with a life jacket on in the middle of a scary jungle, that's just like.. whoa.

When I first saw the Hatch!Guy in the beginning I thought it was Sawyer. And at the end as soon as he spoke I was like OMG! It's that one guy!

I saw a pair of shoes on the ground, but I didn't recognize them as Kate's so I dunno.

I saw a commercial that Good Morning America is going to show an unaired scene tomorrow. Didn't they do that last season to? I wanna know what the scene is, but not enough to get up at the crack of dawn to see it. lol

Yeah, that was me too. Then there was the whole "THUMP!!" thing, and I was "OMG this dude is IN THE HATCH!!!"

I almost cried when I saw Walt. It just creeped me out. And I thought the beginning hatch guy was Jack too... But it wasn't. And I also think that person Jack fixed is the person he was marrying in season one. Can't wait for next week.

CREEPY
I too thought that the guy in HATCH! was Sawyer in a flashback until you see him working out...
Walt in the jungle dripping wet saying "shh" was spine tinglingly weird on so many levels I can't begin to count
Kate's shoes in the hatch! hmm...
Also, the girl Jack fixed is the girl he married wickedwest...
Does anybody else think that it is just plain stupid to have the islands ONLY doctor going out to risk his life???
