enamouredI think I've had this rant building up for awhile now, and it's just coming out now, of all times.
This is for all the girls who call other girls they dislike, be they real or fictional characters, whores or hos (not HOES, as those are gardening tools) or sluts or skanks:
ENOUGH. Enough! SHUT UP.
First of all, let's look at the definition of "whore"--which, according to Merriam Webster Online is "a woman who engages in sexual acts for money; a prostitute". Okay, no doubt that there are people like that. But nowhere in that definition is "a female who annoys me", "a female who gets tons of attention from men", or "a female who I just don't like because I can".
I'm just sick of it. I'm sick of hearing girls around me call other girls they don't like sluts or whores. I'm sick of seeing people discuss characters in movies or televison shows and calling said characters "whores" or "sluts" because they dislike the character or because the character gets attention from men. It annoys me as much as the whole nigga thing does, and as much as bad grammar does, and so help me, IT NEEDS TO STOP BEFORE I STAB SOMEONE.
Um, with that said... I don't have anything else to say? Except I really want it to be Thanksgiving because then the semester would almost be over. Ack.
Oh, and wait... MY PHOTOBUCKET BANDWITH HAS BEEN EXCEEDED WHAT THE HELL. Someone is going to get it.
