Gwen Stefani expecting first baby. This is from US Weekly, so take with grain of saltuntil it appears in People.
Baby penguin stolen from British zoo. SOMEONE THINK OF THE PENGUINS, LORD.
Researchers find that Barbie is often mutilated. Story: when I was three or so, I got my first Barbie. I colored her face with an orange marker and, for some reason, she later got these weird sequin-shaped marks all over her legs (Barbie cellulite?). Other than that, I didn't really torture my Barbies. I used to trim their hair some, but that was about it.
My page at del.icio.us, which is an online link spot. I'm not done adding stuff by a long shot, though.
For some reason, last night I remembered this picture book I liked when I was little. This kid has a toy duck on wheels, and the kid (I can't remember if it was a boy or a girl) took the duck on a fishing trip, and the duck breaks from its string and floats away. It washes on a desert island and this guy finds it, and he writes poetry about it. The guy gets rescued and eventually the duck returns to its owner. But one of the duck's wheels goes missing and ends up being found by a little girl in Portugal. Anyone else ever read that book?
I need encoragement. Someone feel like being my cheerleader?
And yesterday (yesterday? OH NO I DON'T REMEMBER) was my Hottie McHotcake's birthday. Happy belated b-day, Jake G.Marry me, plz.
Finally: made for someone, but up for grabs (or rather, convincing that it doesn't suck):
