I kind of hate being away from my PC, but, well... I AM ON MY LAPTOP, HURRAY. Mine mine mine mine mine.

We opened presents about midnight last night. Not only did I get the laptop, I got a 40GB external hard drive (!!!) and a USB hub (with four ports). My dad also got me a super-soft bathrobe with snowflakes on it. And I got season one of Fraggle Rock on DVD from my brother, and another present from my mom--a new bike. YAY BIKE.

And soon I'll be undergoing the task of moving most of my stuff from the PC to the laptop, but that'll come later. Whee. Awesomeness.

I think laptops are just about the coolest thing you could get. I was using mine on the bed while watching tv today. The two hour battery on my four-year old laptop is still fabulous.

External hard drives and USB hubs? Sounds like my kind of things!
