Next American Girl to get a movie (and friend doll)? Molly! (and the friend? Emily, the British girl from her birthday book). YAY MOLLY!

That site I linked to is pure AG collector's crack. They even have a collector's wish list. After all these years, I STILL want all of the stuff for my dolls. Whenever I become a millionaire, I am so going to have a toy room and have all my American Girls stuff along with train sets, tons of board games, and stuff like that. Hee.

And thanks to Wikipedia, I have finally realized that my memories of seeing Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in theaters isn't something that I made up!

OH! Pictures from Degrassi's 100th episode! I'm actually getting happy about this one because Melissa McIntyre (Ashley) is BACK. I've heard various rumors of what goes ON in the ep, and I know whenever I see it I might hate it, but whatever. My favorite character!

I swear, I always like all the female characters who get hated on: Ashley and Emma on Degrassi, Kate on Lost (though to a lesser extent this season). Why can't I like the ones who, in real life, every girl would be calling an "OMGSLUTBITCHTRAMPWHORE"? (well, they're not as endearing and/or interesting for one. Heh.)

Yay! Molly was always my favourite (though Addy and Samantha did sometimes come awfully close to knocking her out of the number one spot in my heart).

I am not clicking on the collector's wish list. I am not. Oh, money, why can't you just magically appear out of thin air?

I love American Girl dolls even though they're so expensive.. I have Josefina, Bitty Baby, and about two outfits for each of them. What got me started was my dad brought my sister and I back the five paper doll kits he bought on a business trip... it had to have been like in 1998 or something. I don't collect the stuff anymore but I still have it. I had the rattan doll carrier and the trundle bed and wardrobe with the stars and moon... so cute~ Oh, and Coconut. The original version without a magnet in her mouth XD

You mentioned Emma from Degrassi and that reminded me of a Lifetime movie I watched yesterday. The girl who plays Emma was in this movie called "She's Too Young." It was about all these kids having sex and spreading syphilis. She contracted it. So through the whole movie, all I could say was OMG, Emma has syph AND slept with 20 men!!!!

Pretty good movie though.

Okay, seriously, the late great Pleasant Company is trying to kill me.

My first grade teacher had a Molly doll and I wasn't allowed to touch her and she was on the filing cabinent next to my desk and all I wanted to do was climb on top of the desk and stuff the Molly doll in my bag.

Still... there will be no Revolutionary Hottie From Air Bud in this movie, so. (I can't even use my icon! Stupid add-ons.)

I'm hoping there will be a hot guy in the Molly movie. Since Uncle Gard was hot in the Samantha movie and Ben was hot in the Felcity movie I'm thinking it's a trend. Haha. Maybe her older brother...Brad? Or was Brad her younger brother? I don't remember. I remember her older sister was Jill though.

I saw Snow White when it came out in 1993. That was the first movie I ever saw in theaters. I remember my parents took me to McDonalds before and I got a hamburger happy meal with the Snow White toy in it.

I miss seeing the old Disney movies in the theaters. Before Esner sent them all to video, the cartoons were re-released to the theater every seven years or so. I remember seeing Bambi in the theaters while my wife and I were dating. BTW, Danny Phantom also rocks. Anyway...
