enamouredI get paid next week, hurrah! I'm thinking of possibly starting to save to get a new MP3 player.
I'm still having a bit of a time realizing that I actually have a job. I don't know how to explain it. It's like, I go past places that are hiring and I always have this delayed reaction, and I'm like, "Oh, yeah, I have a job." It's weird, man.
In the meantime: my feet are sore. And I found out that a guy I knew from high school works at the same store as I do! I couldn't believe it. He started a week ago (like me) and he works in the department over from me. Yay!
And I feel tired for no real reason whatsoever.
Why can't I find a decent stock image to illustrate a "love triangle"? I don't feel like making a triangle in Photoshop because that's just too boring. Gah. Internet, help me already.
And other than that, I am being a good citizen and doing homework and working and everything.

Date: 2006-04-02 06:38 am (UTC)I worked at a retail store for a couple of weeks to help out a friend and I have a much higher respect for the job. My feet were the most sore they had ever been during my stint there.
I hear it gets better, but I never made it past that point.
Yayyy on having a job though!
