Dear Internets Gods: WHAT HAPPENED to Degrassi Media's pictures and (more importantly) Jake Addiction?! Jake Addiction was the only site that I could ALWAYS freaking remember my password to, and they had the nicest, HQest pictures and now it's gone. [sniffles]

Good news: got a trivia book and Legacy of the Puppy from a mail-order book club, and Legacy of the Puppy is adorable. I want a dog someday, except it'd be work... but I think it'd be worth it, right?

I went out to the garage and put most of my Baby-Sitters Club and American Girls books into the same box (I still need to put them all in one together, though). Ahh, my childhood. I also found some of my favorite books I read in school, The Westing Game and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Is it sad of me to want to be a teacher sometimes so that I could hope to have kids read the same books I loved when I was younger? I've thought about it some--if I don't do "something in communications (or maybe history or travel)", I think being a teacher would be kind of cool.

Oh, and previously seen elsewhere:

Post this in your journal, asking your friendslist (or whatever stranger that happens to wander by) to respond with whatever they know about you. It can be as matter of fact as 'Your name is Bridget, you're 25 and attending Harvard.' to the absolute useless 'One Thursday, you tried to hop down a flight of stairs and you fell on your face'.

Tag five people. A week later, write an 'about me' post to fill in the gaps in your friends knowledge.

I know that Candice is a very friendly girl, with a LJ which she writes in often, and her entries often amuse me just because of the way she writes them. I also know she is unkissed as of the time I am writing this, and that she hasn't been on AIM in awhile.
