enamouredI have twenty-eight days left until I'm going to be in Austin. This amazes me. Where'd time go?
I've also got twenty-eight days (give or take a few) to try and somehow get in contact with Blonde Bond and:
1. Get some kind of closure,
2. Thoroughly kick his ass at bowling,
3. Somehow manage to walk away with my pride in tact,
4. Not act like the stupid, clueless, and occasionally tactless person that I am.
In the meantime: if I don't act soon, I will be sleeping on a bed with no sheets or blankets tonight. Just on the foamy part above my mattress, and that won't be too comfortable.
On the movie front: I can't believe I've only watched twenty movies this year (so far). Batman Begins surprised me, in that it was much, much better than I thought it was going to be--and I didn't think it'd be awful or anything, but I was surprised by it. Book-wise, I'm surprised I've read (or gotten more than halfway through) thirty-seven.
Things that are random yet cool: an online Magic 8 Ball--when I was twelve, my best friend at the time gave me that for my birthday. How to save your favorite soon-to-be canceled TV show (without looking like a moron). The Peanuts characters, grown up and drawn manga style. I... really don't know what to make of this.
