If I'm pissed off enough, I kick walls. I find the sound of the bang very satisfying in my angry state. Though I have learnt to be careful about what walls I kick after I kicked the partition in the old bathroom and my foot went through it. That was not good.
I karate chopped a towel rail once as well. It broke. I was fifteen and my parents were furious and made me pay for a new one.

And now I've just outed myself as a crazy woman. It's the Connemara genetics from my grandmother, she has a fierce temper.
