I read somewhere last week (was it on the EW website?) where the writer speculated that Claire was dead and it made sense. Jacob seems to have a pretty large zombie crew. Perhaps she didn't survive the blast after all.
Though for all I know of the island she's fine (well, alive, if not a bit weird in the head) and perhaps the island brought Christian back to life? No idea.

I think Claire has been dead by the time Sawyer found her after the explosion. Island ghosts can carry things (like babies) I think. Which is why Miles was staring at her.
