enamouredCan somebody a little smarter than me please explain the Orphan Works Act? Because the way that some people (including this person) explain it, you'd have to copyright even your own personal writings because, oh noes, someone might steal them for their own! I read something somewhere that said it wasn't quite like that, and before I tell everyone to chill about it, I want to be able to explain it right.
I am going to have to get a new MP3 player. My Zen might be beyond helping, and if I get it fixed it might cost as much as getting a completely new one. I still don't quite want to get an iPod, so I'm checking out other players on Anything But iPod. I don't know what to get, I just want something with a good amount of storage space (8GB or higher) that won't crap out on me after six months, and I'm apprehensive about buying another big Creative player because of what's happened with mine.
