Every year that summer rolls around, I always say that I'll at least mention my favorite summery songs. A few years ago I made a summer mix and since then, I keep meaning to post it in or around Memorial Day (unofficial start of summer here in the US), but... I always forget.

But know what? It's still July; there's still plenty of summer to go around (unfortunately, that means more 90+ degree days here. AUGH THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I DISLIKE TEXAS). Therefore, you need summer jams. Some of these just remind me of June-August, and some are just gimmes.

I've been watching the show Cupid (the one with Jeremy Piven), and it's pretty cool. I heard they're remaking it. Interesting.

Also, I'M GOING TO GO TO THE OPENING SHOW FOR THE DARK KNIGHT!!! It'll be me plus a friend from work, and maybe a few more people (including a guy who looks like a younger Neil Patrick Harris).
