Oh man, this is just great. In this picture, you can find both Gary Dourdan and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, circa 1995. See even more bad early '90s fashion here.

I wonder when '90s fashion will come back. Oh God, does that mean in like, three more years kids will be wearing baggy overalls with one strap undone and those big delivery boy hats and platform sneakers? D:

Haha! I'm glad I was a kid back then and I didn't have much of a choice on what I could wear.

Man, I used to love wearing bright overalls with Doc Martens. And I always wanted those awesome big newsboy cap things, but I never got one because I knew I couldn't pull off that look. Baggy jeans and those mini backpacks really came in handy for sneaking food into movie theaters. My sisters and I used to do that all the time!

Know this: eventually everything comes back. Even the horrible fashions of the 80's have returned so it will happen.

What about Hammer pants? Or those little round things where you would use them to like, tie your shirt in the corner? I have no idea what they were called but they were all the rage where I lived. Or babydoll dresses with Doc Martens?

...GOD I'm glad I'm a grown up now.

Snap bracelets were BOMB. And I miss my pogs....I had this huge, like, 2-foot-tall tube full of them!

I used to rock the knit baby doll dresses with pink leggings and doc martins. And the mock turtleneck velvet t-shirts. And the adidas snap pants. And stirrup pants. And those shirts you'd tie into the hoop so they'd show your midriff. I was fierce.

I was reminded of when Gary Dourdan played Freddy's FIIIIIIINE boyfriend on a Different World. Then he got on the coke. Sigh.
