And now, a random moment of "no, seriously, this happened":

I went to my three o'clock class with one Reebok sneaker on my left foot, and a K-Swiss on my right. I didn't even realize I was wearing two different shoes until I propped my leg up to take notes, and then I shouted "Oh my GOD!" in the middle of class because I was so horrified at this.

I did that once. I wore 2 different black shoes to work one day & didn't even realize until I got there & one foot was making more noise than the other as I walked.
