Day 20 calls for a recipie, so here's one for chocolate chip pecan cookies:
3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl cream butter with brown sugar; add milk and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Add egg and blend well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
4. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies.
