I got up at 7 AM voluntarily for the first time in... years, I think. I got the oil in my car changed and then I went to IHOP and had crepes, and with the crepes I got bacon and scrambled eggs. I love scrambled eggs, but the thing is that when I eat eggs by themselves (be they scrambled or hard-boiled), I tend to get a little sick. Like, stomach aching, bloaty sick. But they are so good and the last time I had some nothing really happened, so I figured that I'd be cool this time. Or, at least, I hope I will be.

I should not have a Cinnabon. Ever. It's a sugar bomb. I am genetically predisposed to diabetes on both sides.

...and I still have it once every 4-5 months. With extra frosting.
