While I get the "joke", I have always hated this map because to me, it has always seemed like it came from the mind of someone who actually does believe that everyone in those regions is stupid/uneducated/lol only relies on Jeezus and I find that offensive. (Also, this map is wrong; my home state should be out of "Jesusland", post Election '08. At least use an updated version of the electoral map, geez)

Either way, if you live in the US, regardless of location: vote today.

Lol, yeah, basically. Iowa is "Jesusland," but we've gone blue in every presidential election since 1988, with the exception of 2004.
